First, fill out and e-mail the
Health History form and a recent picture of yourself.
Once I have received it, we will set up a convenient time that would be
convenient for our one-hour phone consultation. During our initial phone interview, I will be able to clarify your
health goals and you will be able to ask any questions you may have.
I will create a customized health starter kit that includes diet, exercise
and lifestyle recommendations, as well as a specially selected herbal
remedy. The kit will be sent to you within just a few
days. International clients can expect their herbal health package
Starter Kit
within 10-14 days.

Follow Up Consultations
A few weeks after our initial One-Hour Phone Consultation, we will have a follow-up consultation to gauge how
well your herbal formula and lifestyle changes are helping.
Some modifications may be needed. I usually allow 30 minutes for the
first follow-up phone consultation, but you are only charged for the time
you need or want. $40/30 minutes
