Three uniquely-qualified Essentrics® teachers who have all trained in person with founder Miranda Esmonde-White, and have 22 years of combined teaching experience.

Jenny Bertrand is a Master Essentrics Instructor, teaching Essentrics since 2012, after discovering Classical Stretch powered by Essentrics on Rocky Mountain PBS in 2002. She fell in love when the aches and pains from old athletic injuries melted away. Ten years later, she introduced live Essentrics classes to the Denver area and has led thousands of people in Essentrics. Jenny earned both her undergraduate degree and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Jenny is a devoted mother of three, in addition to inspiration to many through Essentrics.

Susan E. Mead, M.H. is a Level 4 Essentrics teacher and mentor, inspired to teach in 2012 after finding relief from bilateral frozen shoulders through daily practice of this program. Since then she has attended many live trainings and fitness weeks and finds joy encouraging and inspiring others. Susan has been in private practice as an herbalist since 1996, taught yoga previously for 17 years and published her first book in 2009. As a volunteer with Steamboat Springs Courtesy Ski Patrol, she sees the power of Essentrics to help longtime athletes relieve pain.

Kimberly Woodring is an L4 Essentrics Trainer, mentor, and L1/ L2 exam certifier. She is also a Group x and Personal trainer with AFAA. Kimberly was dealing with an autoimmune disorder in 2012 when she discovered Classical Stretch by Essentrics on PBS. She became the first Essentrics trainer in New Mexico, then quickly rebuilt her following in Great Falls, Montana, close to where she offers an annual Essentrics retreat. Kimberly’s dream is to spread the word—and number of fully-certified instructors--
