Shoulders and knees and pain–oh my!
I’m excited to offer a 6-class series called ESSENTRICS™ Rebalance & Restore for Winter Sports 10-11 AM Tuesdays and Thursdays at Yoga Lila (1955 Bridge Lane) on 11/3, 11/8, 11/10, 11/15, 11/17 and 11/22 with a Bonus Class on Thanksgiving Day if we have interest. We will still stretch and strengthen every muscle to help rebalance your body, with a special emphasis on shoulders and knees — just in time for ski and snowboard season! Yoga Lila is a beautiful studio with relaxing energy and no mirrors which will allow us to focus on body awareness and breathing while getting a full-body workout. Continuing MWF 10-11 AM st Sundance Studio, ESSENTRICS™ with Susan always offers a fun, body-balancing workout to a mix of music sure to please most everyone. Each class is somewhat modified for the students who attend that day with two main tracks: doing the whole class ‘loosely’ in a relaxed way for those recovering from pain or injury, as well as for those who have been sedentary, or … after a loose warm-up, you can challenge yourself safely as much as you’d like.
